Entrepreneurs still do not use restructuring tools
Entrepreneurs do not use the provisions of restructuring law introduced 2 years ago. In 2017, there were 537 bankruptcies and 348 restructurings, a 16% increase on 2016, a small increase despite the fact that the number of restructurings is growing faster than the number of bankruptcies. Entrepreneurs most often submit applications for the opening of accelerated arrangement proceedings (209), and the least applications for the approval of an arrangement (11).
