The bookshop of Matras is waiting for a final decision on the discontinuance of remedial proceedings

In 2017, the bookstore Matras submitted a request for the opening of remedial proceedings. In the course of the proceedings, the company planned to reduce the number of its outlets to 100. However, the measures taken were not sufficient and the Court of First Instance, by order of 29 August 2017, closed the proceedings. This provision is still not legally binding. On the other hand, the company does not have cash for conducting further business activity and has not found an investor interested in the company.
