The Military Office of Building Projects in Poznań filed a motion for bankruptcy
The Military Office of Building Projects in Poznań filed a motion for bankruptcy together with an application for approval of the terms of sale of the debtor’s enterprise. The State Treasury company, which was responsible for the construction of the airport in Krzesiny, does not pay its employees. The Company’s accounts were seized by, among others, ZUS and the Tax Office. Therefore, the company has filed for bankruptcy and is currently awaiting a court decision.
For many years, the Military Office of Construction Projects in Poznań has been carrying out tasks of defensive importance for the Ministry of National Defence, NATO and the Management of Military Infrastructure. With a 50-year tradition, the company has designed, among others, the construction of an airport in Krzesiny in Poznań, as well as airports in Łask, Powidz, Dęblin.
