Radom Airport filed for bankruptcy

The airport in Radom filed for bankruptcy together with the application for approval of the terms of sale of the company. Due to the deteriorating financial situation of the airport, negotiations were conducted with the State Enterprise “Airports”. (PPL), which will take over the airport.

PPL wants to invest over PLN 400 million in the Radom airport. As part of the planned investment, a new terminal or a longer belt will be built. The airport in Radom is to relieve the burden on Chopin Airport in just two years’ time.
