RUCH S.A. with accelerated arrangement proceedings

On 7 September 2018, the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 10th Commercial Division for bankruptcy and restructuring cases opened an accelerated arrangement procedure for RUCH S.A. The aim of the proceedings will be to conclude a partial agreement covering only the largest publishers.

ZPR Media Group’s applications for bankruptcy and the opening of cure proceedings will not be considered by the Court.
