RUCH signed an agreement with Alior Bank S.A. for the purpose of restructuring
On October 2, 2018 the owner of RUCH S.A. signed an agreement with Alior Bank S.A. concerning the extension of financing. At the same time, the parties to the agreement agreed on the manner of supervision over the Company during the restructuring, including the composition of the new supervisory board.
By October 5, 2018, KPMG, the Company’s auditor, was to prepare a report, which is to contain recommendations concerning the restructuring plan. RUCH S.A. informed that due to the internal nature of the material, it will not be made available to the public.
The debt of Ruch exceeds PLN 600 million.
