Bankruptcy of Zakłady Naprawcze Taboru Kolejowego S.A. in Oleśnica

By order of 30 January 2019. The District Court for Wrocław Fabryczna in Wrocław, VIII Economic Department for bankruptcy and restructuring cases, announced the bankruptcy of Zakłady Naprawcze Taboru Kolejowego S.A. in Oleśnica.

The company, which was established in 1913, was one of the largest in the region, but after political changes and privatization, its financial situation started to deteriorate gradually. Currently, the Company did not employ a single employee anymore, as they moved to another entity, and ZNTK was only the owner of the real estate.

The case was examined at the request of ZNTK’s creditor.
