Ship repair yard NAUTA in restructuring
By decision of 15 April 2020 The District Court Gdańsk-North in Gdańsk opened the accelerated arrangement procedure for the Repair Yard NAUTA. When the company filed the restructuring application, it warned the creditors who planned to file for bankruptcy of the yard at the end of April 2020.
The open restructuring procedure is aimed at defending 440 jobs and protecting contractors from the supply chain and partners representing another minimum of 440 entities.
In 2018. The Company incurred a loss of PLN 57.9 million. The estimated loss for 2019 is to amount to PLN 29.9 million.
The largest creditor of the Company is the Polish Armament Group.
