The STK carrier has filed for bankruptcy and for the opening of the remediation proceedings
STK, a member of OT Logistics group, submitted an application to the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna for opening the remediation proceedings. A month later, the company filed for bankruptcy. The court secured the assets of SKS by appointing an interim court supervisor.
According to the stock exchange report, OT Logistics wants to continue the activities of STK and the submitted applications are to protect the interests and rights of the company, employees, creditors and stakeholders. The petition for bankruptcy was filed as a precautionary measure and the fulfilment of the duty incumbent on the management board.
Together with the bankruptcy petition, STK has filed a motion to suspend its examination until the decision on the restructuring petition is made.
