The District Court of Katowice-East has declared the bankruptcy of Zakłady Miesne Kania. At the same time, it approved the terms and conditions of sale of the organized part of the enterprise to Cedrobu for PLN 100 million net.
In addition, the Court called on creditors to file claims. The time for filing the notification is 30 days from the publication of the announcement in Court and Commercial Gazette.
The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since March 2012. In 2018, the company’s revenues amounted to PLN 1.14 billion.
