NPC International has declared bankruptcy

NPC International is the largest franchisee of Pizza Hut and Wendy’s from the USA.

NPC International owns 1227 Pizza Hut restaurants and 393 Wendy’s in the United States in 30 states and employs 35 thousand people.

According to the Bloomberg portal, NPC International was beat by the competition. The company, with over 900 million dollars in debt, was forced to declare bankruptcy. Additionally, the press indicates that the company will not disappear from the market, but will enter the transformation process and attempt to make an arrangement with creditors.
