Restructuring of Neiman Marcus

113-year-old chain of luxury department stores – Neiman Marcus – applied for bankruptcy protection in May 2020.

The United States Insolvency Court with jurisdiction over the South Texas District initiated restructuring proceedings and approved Neiman Marcus’s reorganization plans. The company announced that by the end of September it is planned to implement a plan aimed at recovering from bankruptcy.
