Restructuring of Marol
One of the leading distributors and retailers in the FMCG sector on the Polish market – the Marol company – has undergone restructuring and has developed a several-year development strategy.
The past two years have forced Marol to restructure. It led to: reduction of operating costs, maintenance of the percentage margin and improvement of efficiency.
The management board of Marol, in cooperation with an external consulting company, developed a 5-year development strategy. The main goal was the systematic development of the product range and taking steps to increase retail sales, especially in the Chata Polska grocery chain.
