Takeover of the dairy cooperative Bielmlek
The District Dairy Cooperative Piątnica will take over Bielmlek dairies in Bielsko.
The purchase of the Bielmlek cooperative, undergoing restructuring since March 2020, by OSK Piątnica will allow it to continue its operations.
The day after this decision, at the request of the court administrator of the Bielmlek estate, the Białystok District Court discontinued the sanation proceedings. The lack of funds for the restructuring proceedings contributed to the submission of the above-mentioned application.
