Verification of hoteliers
The Polish Tourist Organization (POT) started the verification of entrepreneurs who reported to the database of companies declaring that they accept payment for the services provided in the form of a tourist voucher.
The Polish Tourist Organization justifies that the purpose of the activities carried out is to check whether all entities entered in the created database appear in the records of facilities providing hotel services. The result of the campaign is to determine the scale of the problem, which is the number of entities that unlawfully wanted to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the tourist voucher.
