Restructuring of the 3M concern

The American concern 3M Company has decided to restructure to include branches located on all continents.

3M concern dealing in the production and sale of various products, incl. plastics, abrasives, electronics and pharmaceuticals, has been undergoing restructuring for almost a year. Financial problems prompted the decision to initiate remedial measures in the form of restructuring. As part of the planned restructuring activities, nearly 3,000 employees are to be laid off.
