The court administrator dealing with the restructuring of the Bielmlek cooperative has received information that OSM Piątnica is resigning from continuing the takeover of the indebted cooperative. In this situation, talks were started with Zakłady Dleczarskie Laktopol, which expressed interest in purchasing Bielmlek.
