Action, a distributor of IT and electronic equipment, has successfully completed the rehabilitation procedure.
Remedial proceedings were launched in 2016 due to the company’s financial problems. The company developed a restructuring plan that was approved by the court and implemented. The vote on the treaty took place in 2020 and thus ended the four-year remedial procedure.
The result of the restructuring is optimization of activities aimed at strengthening the company’s position.
