Sunningwell International Poland in restructuring
The company Sunningwell International Polska, operating in the industrial processing industry, has decided to open a simplified restructuring procedure.
The announcement informing about the company’s decision to do so was published at the beginning of January in Monitor Sądowy i Gospodarczy.
It is worth mentioning that from September 2019 to December 2020 the company acted as a lessee to the Huta Częstochowa, which was under liquidation.
