Rafako arrangement approval

The District Court in Gliwice approved the arrangement as part of the simplified restructuring proceedings of Rafako, which has been ongoing since September 2020.

The process of simplified restructuring that the company underwent was accompanied by complications resulting from the different views of creditors on the arrangement proposals. However, a compromise was reached, which resulted in the approval of the agreement. It is worth adding that the decision is not final.

According to the terms of the arrangement, the creditors were divided into seven groups.
