Rafako’s situation is still pending
Although the District Court in Gliwice approved the arrangement under the simplified restructuring proceedings, the future of the company still seems uncertain.
The uncertainty about Rafako’s future is caused by the fact that all creditors do not agree with the arrangement proposals.The state-owned enterprises: Energa, Gaz-System and Polimex Mostostal expressed their objection to the agreement.
