Farmers can apply for a loan to pay off their business debt.
The aid is addressed to farmers whose farms are undergoing restructuring or bankruptcy proceedings.
The completed application, the restructuring plan to be assessed and the provision of the own contribution should be submitted to the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture (ARMA).
