The tender for the purchase of Huta Częstochowa has been settled
It was not until the third tender that Huta Częstochowa was sold.
The steelworks was sold to Corween Investments from the Liberty group, which had been leasing the company for over a month.
During the last month, the company managed to resume operations of Huta.
Earlier, for several months, the Huta was leased by Sunningwell International Polska, which did not complete all the formalities allowing for a positive outcome of the second tender. Additionally, earlier this year, Sunningwell announced the opening of a simplified restructuring procedure.
