Restructuring of the Bielmlek cooperative in progress
The takeover and restructuring of the Bielmlek cooperative is still ongoing.
The Polindus-Laktopol Group maintains its interest in taking over the Bielmlek dairy cooperative. This is evidenced by the signed lease agreement. The contract must now be approved by the Office of Consumer Protection and Competition (UOKiK).
The lease of Bielmlek will continue until the completion of the pending rehabilitation proceedings. Its end will be a vote on the agreement. All creditors, of which there are nearly a thousand, will take part in the vote. Only when they approve the arrangement proposals will it be possible to sell the company to the Polindus-Laktopol Group.
