Takeover of Regent Warsaw Hotel
Regent Warsaw Hotel has been purchased by PHN Property Management.
PHN Property Management, a company of Polski Holding Nieruchomości and Polski Holding Hotelowy, won the bidding for the purchase of Regent Warsaw Hotel at the end of last year.
The hotel, under the name of Hyatt Regency, was established in 2002. In 2014, it was renamed the Regent Warsaw Hotel. The change of name related to the withdrawal from cooperation of a representative of the Hyatt hotel chain. In May 2020, the owner – Cosmar Polska announced the bankruptcy of the hotel. At that time, a competition was organized to select a lessee, which was Polski Holding Nieruchomości and Polski Holding Hotelowy.
