At the end of January, the district court in Białystok discontinued the sanitation proceedings of the dairy cooperative. Thus, the application for bankruptcy of the cooperative is valid and requires consideration.
It is worth recalling that the restructuring of the Bielmlek cooperative began in March 2020. It was not possible to lease the cooperative twice. In November last year, the potential lessee of OSM Piątnica withdrew himself, and in January this year the Polindus-Laktopol Group obtained the consent of the office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) for the lease, but at the same time the court issued the above ruling.
