Restructuring of the Shell concern

The British-Dutch oil company Shell announced the need for restructuring last year.

As part of the restructuring procedure, changes were planned within the existing structure, consisting in following the current environmental trends. Such changes necessitate the reduction of jobs.

Restructuring has certainly been accelerated by the coronavirus pandemic.
