Hence, it is recognized that the construction industry is currently an economic sector not affected by the coronavirus pandemic. There may be several reasons for this. First, developers stepped up their efforts to catch up with the first lockdown. Second, low interest rates encourage investment.
However, experts believe that the current trend does not have to continue. Especially as the situation is uncertain, unemployment is forecast to rise and some industries to collapse.
