Disturbing forecasts

The difficult situation of built companies seemed stable. However, the current forecasts are worrying.

The data presented by Korporacja Ubezpieczeń Kredytów Eksportowych (KUKE) and the Polish Development Fund show that the number of restructuring proceedings opened by construction companies is increasing. This allows us to say that construction companies are struggling with financial problems. Observations show that this applies to a much greater extent to small and medium-sized enterprises.

Experts say that the investment slowdown caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the construction industry is just feeling. Moreover, they indicate that such a situation may last about one and a half years.
