The Roca Group takes over the Royo Group

The acquisition of the Royo Group is to make the Roca Group a leader in the production of bathroom furniture.

The Roca Group produces and sells bathroom furniture. It has been operating in 170 markets for over one hundred years. During this time, it has created nearly 80 production plants, including two in Poland: in Gryfice and Gliwice. Invariably, its goal is to expand the scope of its activities. For this purpose, it has just purchased 75% of the shares of the Royo Group, which manufactures and distributes bathroom furniture on the European market.

Both companies declare that they will continue to operate as separate entities, but together they intend to dominate the markets and become a world leader.
