What can be said about the state of the Polish economy one year after the first case of coronavirus was detected?

The coronavirus pandemic has left its mark on all sectors of the economy.

However, individual industries feel the effects of the new reality in different ways and with varying degrees of intensity. On this basis, economists divided enterprises into three groups.

The first includes the companies that were most affected. These are primarily companies operating in the horeca industry, but also cinemas, gyms and companies from the wedding industry.

The second group consists of entrepreneurs who have gained clients in the era of the pandemic. This applies especially to IT, courier and logistics companies as well as the entire e-commerce sector.

The third was the companies that were least affected by the changes, because they represent industries that are relatively resistant to various types of changes.
