Little interest from hotels in simplified restructuring

Simplified restructuring is very popular, but not among industries that are strongly affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

The simplified restructuring procedure was introduced into the legal order in June 2020 as a response to the difficult situation of entrepreneurs caused by the coronavirus pandemic. It gained popularity in a relatively short time. Many entrepreneurs in the commercial and automotive industries actually choose this path of restructuring. Surprisingly, however, the industries considered to be the most affected in the current situation do not decide to take the simplified restructuring procedure. This is especially true of hoteliers.

Experts looked for the reasons for this state of affairs. They pointed to the lack of knowledge of entrepreneurs about the existence of benefits resulting from the decision to carry out simplified restructuring and the lack of government actions aimed at increasing awareness.
