Purchase of e-shoes
Cyfrowy Polsat and A&R Investments Limited are interested in purchasing eobuwia shares.
To this end, both companies started talks with the owner of the majority stake in e-shoes, i.e. with one of the largest retail footwear companies – the CCC Group. The talks concern the sale by the CCC Group of two blocks of shares. Each of the packages is 10% of shares. Each is worth PLN 5.0 billion.
The CCC Group argues the ongoing negotiations with the desire to ensure intensive development aimed at making the company a leader in the field of online footwear sales.
