It seems that the ministry of development and finance is inclined to this belief.

This is confirmed by the provisions of the bill on family foundations. According to them, the property of family businesses is to be subject to special protection. Family foundations are to watch over them. Institutions of this type will be a separate entity established to perform various tasks necessary to consolidate family businesses.
