Unsuccessful sale of Idea Bank Ukraine.
At the beginning of February, Getin Holding financial group put up for sale Idea Bank Ukraine and New Finance Serwis (NFS). It then concluded an agreement with the tenderer to conduct an in-depth analysis of the Bank and the NFS and priority to purchase them.
Last week, Getin Holding informed that the bidder withdrew from submitting the purchase offer.
The transaction of selling the counterpart of the Ukrainian bank in Belarus ended much better. In this case, Idea Bank Belarus Minsk Transit Bank (MTB) was sold.
