The management board of the Czarnków Brewery has decided to carry out a simplified restructuring.

The authorities of the Czarnków Brewery have informed that they have decided to carry out a simplified restructuring procedure. The Management Board has already selected a restructuring advisor who is to oversee the proper course of the restructuring. Currently, he is awaiting an announcement in Monitor Sądowy i Gospodarczy (MSiG), which will officially launch the proceedings.

Remedial actions are to be aimed at investing in the machinery park and at restructuring the debt held. These plans could not be implemented during the previous restructuring procedure. From August 2019 to March 2021, Browar Czarnków was in the course of accelerated arrangement proceedings, which were discontinued due to the lack of consent of creditors to arrangement proposals. However, the effect of the completed restructuring is finding a new investor.
