Shopping center owners are protesting.
Representatives of shopping malls accuse the Polish government of unequal treatment of individual entrepreneurs, namely owners and managers of shopping centers and gallery tenants. The impulse for them to take such a position is the fact that the parliament processes a law that strictly defines the amount of rents (we wrote about it here), which, in the opinion of representatives of shopping centers, definitely favors tenants. Therefore, they announced that they would notify the European Commission about unnotified state aid.
