The Bielmlek Cooperative was leased.
The receiver carrying out the bankruptcy proceedings of the Bielmlek dairy cooperative has signed a lease agreement with Zakłady Mleczarskie Laktopol-Polindus. Under this agreement, the production activity of the cooperative will be resumed. Activities aimed at the valuation of the company’s assets are also continued, which will result in putting it up for sale. The pre-emptive right will be held by the current tenant. It is worth recalling that the aforementioned Zakłady already a few months ago, during the ongoing restructuring proceedings, showed a desire to lease the cooperative, but then a decision was made to declare its bankruptcy.
