The plans included in the Polish Lada encourage entrepreneurs to transfer their businesses.
As part of the Polish Deal, an increase in the operating costs of companies operating in Poland has been announced. This triggered an immediate reaction from the entrepreneurs who, fearing the aforementioned announcements, started looking for solutions to protect them from rising costs. The entrepreneurs decided that it was justified to consider relocating the businesses to the Czech Republic. Although this seems to be a good option, experts say that it is not the place of business, but the place of residence of its owner and the place of actual business, that are the basis for paying taxes in a given country.
