Rafako’s restructuring has been completed.
The court’s decision on the approval of the arrangement in simplified restructuring proceedings, which was pending against Rafako since September 2020, has become final.
The company’s representatives welcomed this decision and announced a gradual but systematic rebuilding of the company’s position on the market.
