Synergic obtained layout approval

Synergic has obtained arrangement approval as part of a simplified restructuring procedure.

Synergic is a company operating in the advertising industry. The main profile of the company’s activity focuses on outdoor advertising made available primarily at airports and railway stations, where traffic has decreased significantly due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. This forced the management of Synergic to take decisive steps in the form of opening a simplified restructuring procedure. The proceedings have just ended because the court has approved the arrangement. Previously, arrangement proposals were supported by nearly 90% of creditors. Satisfying them has been spread over the years and is to be fully completed within six years.
