The Minister of Health has created a team for hospital restructuring
On June 30, 2021, the Minister of Health signed the Ordinance on the appointment of a Team whose task will be to develop draft regulations along with the justification and Assessment of the effects of the Regulations in the field of hospital repair proceedings. Thanks to this, these entities will be able to carry out the restructuring process.
The team consists of:
- dr hab. Anna Hrycaj – Lazarski University in Warsaw,
- dr Małgorzata Gałązka-Sobotka – Lazarski University in Warsaw,
- Bartosz Groele – attorney,
- Dominik Gałkowski – attorney-at-law,
- Dr. Patryk Filipiak – attorney at law, FILIPIAK BABICZ LEGAL
- Szymon Rajski – legal advisor, FILIPIAK BABICZ LEGAL
- Grzegorz Koczor – expert in the field of lean medicine,
- Cezary Pokorski – representative of the Department of Treatment in the Ministry of Health,
- Jacek Bębenek – representative of the Department of Supervision and Control at the Ministry of Health,
- Anna Karczmarz – representative of the Department of Supervision and Control at the Ministry of Health,
- Robert Przybyszewski – representative of the Department of Supervision and Control at the Ministry of Health,
- Anna Kołodziej – representative of the Legal Department at the Ministry of Health,
- Anna Jakubik – representative of the Legal Department at the Ministry of Health.
