More and more insolvencies
There is a high increase in the number of insolvencies.
In the last six months, the number of insolvencies increased by 160% compared to the same period last year. According to experts, the increase in insolvency observed now is due to several factors. Moreover, the work of the courts in 2020 was significantly hampered. Additionally, new so-called covid restructuring proceedings (simplified restructuring), which quickly dominated the remaining court restructuring proceedings. The indicated reasons postponed the actual perception of the effects of economic problems by individual industries.
