Compulsory Restructuring Act amended
The law on compulsory restructuring has been amended.
The Sejm has just passed an amendment to the law on compulsory restructuring of banks. The aim of this amendment is to adjust the national law to the EU law, to facilitate forced restructuring while ensuring the safety of the financial system and to limit public funds allocated to the restructuring idea.
