Bankruptcy of Ursus.

Last Monday, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw (Economic Department for bankruptcy and restructuring cases) dismissed the company’s application to open recovery proceedings and announced its bankruptcy.

It is worth recalling that the application to open the reorganization was another attempt to restructure the company in response to an unsuccessful simplified restructuring procedure. The simplified restructuring, which started in September 2020, suspended the bankruptcy petition filed by the following banks: Bank PKO and Getin Noble Bank.
