Three years ago, a restructuring process was launched in the German Siemens AG Group aimed at optimizing the conducted activity. As a result, the energy company Siemens Energy was spun off, and the medical technology company Siemens Healthineers was introduced to the stock exchange. Activities are to be focused on digitization, automation and sustainable development. All this is to be supervised by the new president of the Group.
