More than two weeks ago, the court announced the bankruptcy of the Ursus company. The company’s authorities do not agree with this decision, which is evidenced by the submission of a complaint against the court’s decision supplemented with an expert opinion prepared by a specialist in the field of business valuation. The submitted document shows that the rehabilitation proceedings initiated against the company could be successful and would certainly bring more benefits to all those involved in the process than carrying out bankruptcy proceedings.
