TUI Group has decided to restructure.
The restructuring of TUI Group involves the consolidation of five airlines under one management. We are talking about the following lines: TUI Airways (Great Britain), TUI Fly (Germany), TUI Fly Belgium (Belgium), TUI Fly Netherlands (the Netherlands) and TUI Fly Nordic (Sweden).
Until now, the aforementioned airlines have largely operated independently. The purpose of such decisions is to optimize and increase the efficiency of the business.
It is worth recalling that these are not the only airlines that have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Some carriers have also decided to restructure their business (we wrote about it here), and some have been forced to file for bankruptcy.
