Quantum Fund under restructuring

The success of the simplified restructuring of Quantum Fund is questionable.

At the end of May, out of 11 Gent Holding companies that failed to successfully complete the simplified restructuring procedure, they formed Quantum Fund. The management board of the newly established company immediately decided to initiate a simplified restructuring. The time for carrying it out passes at the end of September, but the arrangement supervisor already sees justified doubts that this procedure would also be successful. His doubts arise from the fact that the management board of Quantum Fund did not provide data that would allow him to prepare a restructuring plan. It is worth mentioning that such problems also occurred during the restructuring of Gent Holding. Due to the lack of necessary documents, the supervisor sent a letter to the court to cancel the effects of the announcement on the opening of simplified restructuring.
