Is it possible to recover the companies sold by Onico a few years ago?

A few years ago, the Onico company, operating on the fuel market, struggled with financial problems, which resulted in the opening of the remedial procedure.

During the ongoing restructuring, the company’s representatives decided to sell two subsidiaries: Onico Energia and Onico Oil. At present, the administrator of the pending restructuring proceedings is questioning the conditions under which the companies were sold. First of all, the manager points to the small amounts that had to be paid for both companies. Motivating his doubts, the administrator asked the court to declare both transactions ineffective. In both cases, the court granted a security for the claim, which is tantamount to transferring power in the companies to the original owner, i.e.Onico.
